The Scottsdale Skinny® is a comprehensive 360-degree body-contouring operation performed in a single session. It combines three techniques that other surgeons typically stage across multiple surgeries — Vaser-assisted lipo 360, targeted fat transfer, and high-definition muscle etching — to produce a full-body transformation rather than a single-area improvement.
The result is a complete reshape: a slimmer waistline, defined obliques, lifted glutes, and sculpted abdominal definition. Not just smaller — reshaped.
Dr. Scottsdale uses Vaser ultrasound energy to gently break up fat across the entire torso (front, sides, back) before suction, which protects nerves, blood vessels, and skin while allowing higher fat removal volumes than traditional lipo. The harvested fat is then strategically transferred to enhance the areas you want fuller — most commonly the buttocks, hips, or chest. Finally, deliberate sculpting along muscle borders creates the high-def finish.
Most patients take 2 weeks fully off work. Light walking begins the same day to support circulation. Compression garments are worn continuously for the first 6 weeks. Lymphatic massage starts week 1.
