The fillers add girth and overall size through carefully placed injections — the same technique class used safely in aesthetic medicine for decades, applied here by an experienced plastic surgeon.
Dermal fillers are safe, predictable, and reversible — three things surgical alternatives are not. The same filler types used worldwide for facial volume restoration are used here, dosed and placed specifically for this indication.
